SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

In periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery time within the European Union:

5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs procedures

  • Carrier performance

  • Seasonal demand

  • Force majeure events


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation may be provided.

Tracking information is provided when available from the carrier.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking information provided.


4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


5. Customs & Duties

For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is included where applicable.

If customs inspections occur, delays may happen beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any additional import charges if required by local authorities.


6. Delivery Confirmation & Risk Transfer

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears delayed, customers must allow:

  • Up to 20 business days from dispatch before a lost claim can be initiated.

Investigations depend on carrier procedures.

Replacements or refunds for lost packages will only be issued after confirmation from the carrier.


8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or not claimed and returned:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from any refund
