1. Scope
These Terms govern all purchases made through this website for physical consumer goods delivered within the European Union.
By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms.
2. Product Nature
All products sold are physical consumer goods.
The calming pet collar is a behavioral support product.
It is not a medical device and does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
Individual results may vary depending on the animal's temperament, environment, and external factors.
3. Orders
An order is considered accepted once payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in cases of:

4. Pricing & VAT
All prices are displayed in EUR.
VAT is included where legally applicable unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for any additional customs or import charges if required by local authorities.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store full card details.
Transactions may be subject to fraud prevention verification.
Orders may be suspended or cancelled if payment verification fails.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, force majeure, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Rule)
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the intention to return before sending the item back.
Returned products must be:

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet products may not qualify for withdrawal unless defective.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product.
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Shipping costs may be deducted where legally permitted.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence may be required.
If validated, a replacement or refund will be provided.
10. Chargeback Policy
Customers agree to contact support before initiating any dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will be contested using:
